Detox: Top 10 Culprit Foods
There are 10 foods that most people are commonly sensitive to. These are (in alphabetical order):
Chocolate, Caffeine, Corn, Eggs, Milk, Oranges, Soya, Tomatoes, Wheat and Yeast.
Food sensitivity can mean a variety of things or combination of things. Negative reactions to culprit foods include poor digestion, fatigue, anxiety, fluid retention, and reduced fat burning metabolism.
In general, if you eat a lot of one of these culprit foods, or you notice that you feel worse after eating them, the chances are you are sensitive towards it.Try cutting out some "suspect" foods and see if you feel any different or loose weight. You may feel a with drawl effect from a food you eat a great deal of, but this is a sign you would benefit from avoiding it
