Neal’s training philosophy is relatively
simple and involves tackling every aspect of
health and fitness:

Consultation
The first step is detailed consultation that
covers goal setting, training history, health
history, daily routine, diet, injuries, flexibility
and posture analysis.
It also gives you a chance to meet face to face
and ask any questions you may have.
Programme
Armed with the information from the consultation
Neal will make recommendations regarding aerobic,
strength, flexibility and core exercise as well
as nutrition advice. You will be responsible
for filling in your daily exercise diary (provided)
and eating diary (if required), as it is vital
to record and analyse what gets you to your
goals.
What would be involved?
Depending on what is required, training
could incorporate running, intervals, circuit
training, boxing pad work, strength training
and aspects of yoga and pilates. Sessions will
always be varied and progressed at the appropriate
rate.
With all the help and advice you need from Neal,
it will ultimately be you that gets you to where
you want to be.
