Group training has proved a very popular option
for a lot of clients that want to share the
cost or work out with friends.
First of all Neal would sit down with everyone
and go through a group consultation just as
detailed as with One to One PT and then make
recommendations to each individual. The group
workouts would be based on collective goals
and needs.
Neal would come to your local park or any office
/ home space you may have available and set
up various aerobic, strength and core exercises
in a series of circuits designed to keep you
moving and to make sure you all get the most
out of personal training.
